It is with great pleasure that Milestone Systems announces the upcoming release of
Milestone SDK 3.5
Milestone SDK 3.5 is our Software Development Kit (SDK) which is used to provide a programming interface into our XProtect™ Professional, XProtect™ Enterprise and XProtect™ Corporate products.
With the Milestone SDK 3.5 you can integrate video functionality into other software products to view live video, playback recorded video, ‘go to’ specific times, and search for motion. The Milestone SDK provides you with tools for integration: Application Program Interface (API) and components:
- Milestone ImageServer API
- Milestone XProtect Matrix API
- Milestone XProtect Central API
- Milestone EngineManager ActiveX Control
- Milestone ImageViewer ActiveX Control
- Milestone XProtect Analytics
Key Improvement Areas
The Milestone SDK 3.5 has been updated in the following main areas: Updated image viewer ActiveX component to 3.8.1.2
- Updated audio player ActiveX component to 1.1.2.1
- New camera properties: IPaddress, IPportHttp, MACaddress, DVRchannel, Driver, Username and GetPassword
- New function: XpeEvent.Trigger(Camera)
- ImageViewerControl.Connect(SystemInfo) is now exposed in COM interface
- Visual Studio sample project for Windows Mobile 6 JPEG video viewer client
